Chocolate coconut cream truffles

 



Ingredients for 8 people:


100 g of liquid sour cream

300 g of white chocolate pistoles

30g grated coconut

40 g of Malibu

250 g of milk chocolate pistoles

150 g grated coconut

Steps:


To make this white chocolate truffle coconut recipe, start by preparing all the necessary ingredients.

Boil the liquid cream.

Pour it over the white chocolate pistoles and add the Malibu, then the 30 gr of grated coconut.

Work vigorously so that the mixture is homogeneous and poured into a previously wrapped container.

Chill for about 2 hours.

Take out of the tray, cut out squares of 2 cm by 2 cm and roll them coarsely.

Temper the milk chocolate with milk.

Take a disposable plastic glove, put a little chocolate in the palm of the

hand and roll the truffle in your hand.

Place in the grated coconut and roll with the other hand.
