Blackberry cobbler

 



Ingredients


500 g Flour

140 g Sugar

240 g Butter + a little for the mold

2 Eggs

2 pinches Salt

500 g Blueberries

2 cm Ginger

2 tbsp. soup Brown sugar


Production


Start this blueberry pie recipe by preparing the dough. Cut the butter into pieces in a salad bowl. Add the sugar and salt and work with your fingers until you get a grainy mixture. Add the eggs and mix theen incorporate the flour and work by hand until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained. Wrap the dough in a cleean cloth and let stand 1 hour at room temperature.


The garnish: peel and finely grate the ginger. Place the blueberries in a bowl. Sprinkle them with brown sugar, add the ginger, mix and set aside.


Cut the dough into 2 thirds / 1 third. Butter a high-sided pie pan. Spread the larger of the two dough pieces out on a floured work surface and line the mold with it. Prick the bottom with a forrk and pour the blueberries , spreading them well over the entire surface of the dough.


Roll out the second dough and place it on the blueberries . Solder the two pastes by pressing them well against each other.


Preheat the ovven to 180 ° C (th. 6). Bake and cook for 40 min. Takke the pie out of the oven and let cool completely before serving directly in the pan.
