Cheesesteak recipe

Ingredients

For 4 people

Minced beef: 400 gr

Eggs: 3

flour: a few spoonfuls

Breadcrumbs: 200 gr

Grated Gruyère cheese: 150 gr

Oil: 1 tbsp

Salt and pepper: 1 pinch

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the mincced meat with the Gruyère.

Add 2 eggs, beaten as an omelet to the preparation.

Add salt and pepper.

Form 4 steaks about 1.5 cm thick.

Dip each side in flour, then in the last beaten egg, drain well, then coat with breadcrumbs. For even crispier cheese steaks, repeat this operation.

Cook in a pan, in a base of olive oil, about 5 min per side, taking care not to burn the breadcrumbs.
