Orange coconut cake

 



Ingredients


6 eggs

1 and a half glasses of sugar 250 ml glass

1 and a half glasses of sifted flour

1 packet of baking powder

1 and a half glass of coconut

1 glass of orange juice if it is canned juice, reduce the amount of sugar

1/2 glass of oil


Instructions


Wash and grate a large orange


separate the yolkks from the egg whites, and beat the egg white until stiff, with a pinch of salt


add half the sugar at the end


in another bowl, combbine all the rest of the ingredients


Incorporate this whole mixture into the egg white


oil and flour a Palestinian mold and pour the mixture into it


cook at 160 degrees, check the doneness with the tip of the knife


take out the cake and sprinkle it with icing sugar.
