Roasted Carrots & Potatoes & Onions Recipe

 



My whole famille likes this recipe so much if it is dedicated to them, I can try it every day! Try it, you will love it! To assemble this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:


Oven Roasted Potatoes and Carrots is an easy and clean dish that can be prepared in just 10 minutes!It is prepared in a bowl and contains several cleaning ingredients.


* ingredients :


° 2 pounds carrots

° 6 whole potatoes

° 1 sweet onion

° Three cloves of garlic

° 6 tablespoons olive oil

° ½ teaspoon dried thyme

° ½ teaspoon dried parsley

° Salt and pepper to taste


* to prepare :


 Preheat oven 475 degres F 

Peel carrots, cut to little pieces. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, leaving the peel on them. Cut the onions into eighths. Mince the garlic.

Mix carrots, potatoes, & onions in a bowl.Drizzle olive oil on the vegetables, add garlic, thyme, parsley, salt (appropriate) and pepper (appropriate).Stir until the vegetables are covered with olive oil and spices.Spread a layer on the baking sheet and cover with foil.

Roast for forty-five minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and continue roasting for another half an hour or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
