* Ingredients :
° 1 tablespoon canola oil or vegetable oil
° 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
° 2 pounds green, ends trimmed
° ½ cup vegetable or chicken broth
° 2 tablespoons soy sauce
° cup sweet chili sauce
° 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
° salt to taste
* Directions :
In skillet, heat oil mediumhigh heat. Cooking garlic about 30 sec to 1 min
Add green beans and cook, stirring often, or until beans turn brown.
Add broth and soy sauce. Cover and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add sweet chili sauce, ground red pepper flakes, and salt to taste.
