Grandma’s cucumber salad

 



Ingredients:


3 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced


A quarter of a red onion, thiinly sliced


1/3 cup (90 mL) Greek yogurt


The juice of a lemon


1 tablespoon of dill


Salt and pepper from the mill


Preparation:


In a large bowl, combiine the cucumbers and onion.


In a medium bowl, combiine yogurt, lemon juice and dill. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.


Pour the vinaigrette over the cucumbers and mix well.


Garnish with a little more dill if needed.


To serve!
