*Onions & Beef-Liver*

* Ingredients :


° 2 pounds of beef liver

° 2 onions sliced

° 4 tablespoons butter (divided)

° 2 cups flour

° 1 tablespoon salt

° 1 teaspoon pepper

° 1/2 teaspoon paprika

 

* Directions : 


Add 2 tbsp. Transfer butter to large skillet & heat it on heat. Adding onion rings tranches & stir to caramelized. Time golden, removing from heat & wrap in aluminum foil to keeping warm.While the onion is cooking, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and pepper. Submerge liver in mix and set apart . Time onions are removed from skillet, melt rest 2 tsp. butter in pan, then adding liver. Cooking on medium-high heat, flipping time, 3 min per side. Remove them as soon as they are tender, and do not overcook the liver.

Serving liver with crushed potatoes, broth & caramelized onions on top. Enjoy!
