* Ingredients :
° 4 Potatoes
° 1tbsp. wheat flour
° 1tbsp. tablespoons Sunflower oil
° 2 eggs
° 1 onion
° Salt
° Pepper

* Preparation steps :
Peeled potatoes also onion, & grate them. Remove as much juice as possible by squeezing them between your hands.
Place them in a bowl then add the eggs and flour. Salt and pepper then mix. In a frying pan, heat the oil then divide the large spoonfuls of the mixture.
Using a spatula, flatten them and brown them for about 5 min per side. Season with salt and enjoy hot.
Tips and advice for potato pancakes
Serve sprinkled with a little chives or chopped parsley.
