POTATO PANCAKES

* INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS


° 350 g of potatoes

° 100 g buckwheat flour

° 10 cl of milk

° 3 eggs

° 20 cl of liquid cream

° 50 g butter

° water

° salt pepper


* PREPERATION :


1. 

Washing potatoes, peeled them also cutting them to pieces. Cook them for 10 minutes in water or steam, then put them in a potato masher and let cool in a bowl.

Sift the flour over the bowl. Add the milk and mix well.

Then add the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Mix until you obtain a fluid and homogeneous paste. If the puree is too thick, add a little milk.

Leave to rest for an hour.

5.

Melt a large piece of butter over low heat in a pan, and pour a small ladle of the preparation. Cook 4 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other, then repeat for the following pancakes.

Serve sweet or savory!
