Braise Beef Short Ribs

 



* You will need:


°4 kilos beef short ribs, sliced

°2 half of freshly pepper

°five tablespoons olive oil

°eight garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped

°1 half of cups canned Italian plum tomatoes with juice

°2 cups carrots, sliced, 1/eight 1/eight circles

°3 C chop onion or shallot

°8 cloves

°half of cup chopped fresh parsley

°3/4 cup of crimson wine vinegar

°three tablespoons tomato paste

°2 tablespoons brown sugar

°2 teaspoons salt

°1/4 tsp peppercayenne

°three cups beef broth, sprinkle pepper over brief ribs. Heat olive oil in a large flame retardant saucepan with grilled ribs

°four or five at a time, browning properly on all sides. Drain it on paper towels because it turns brown.


* Instructions :


Preheat oven 375 degrees

Returning 1\/2 ribs to casserole & sprinkling with 1\/2 of garlic. Then placed 1\/2 the quantity of tomatoes, carrots and onions on top of the beef. Add four cloves and sprinkle with parsley. Repeat once more for the second one layer.

In a bowl, blend vinegar, tomato paste, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Pour on beef & vegetables, then adding beef broth to covering.

Cover the casserole and permit it boil at the stove pinnacle. Time it boils, placing it in oven also bake about an 1 h and a 1\/2. Then cast off the casserole lid and bake for any other 1½ hours, till the beef could be very tender. Taste and accurate the dressing and serve at once with mashed potatoes or polenta and garnish with chopped parsley or shallots.

Don't forget a bowl of scrumptious thick sauce at the side!
