Chicken-breast-stuff with cheese &; broccoli

 



Tender chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli, parmesan, cheddar and cream cheese. the dream!This easy and delicious meal is full of flavor & texture and makes for delicious low-carb dinner.


++Ingredients:


+ chicken

°4 chicken breasts

°1 teaspoon (5 g) Italian seasoning, optional

°1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika (optional)

°1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) garlic powder

°1 teaspoon (5 g) salt

°1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) black pepper

°1 tsp (15 ml) olive oil

for stuffing

°2 c broccoli-florets

°1/4 c sweet pepper

°1/2 cup (225 g) cheddar cheese or other melted cheese, of your choice

°125 gm soft cream cheese

°½ cup (65 g) grated Parmesan cheese

°2 cloves minced garlic

°Salt and Pepper


* Preparation:


Cutting broccoli florets to small pieces.


Placing every broccoli in microwave-safe bowl with 2 tsp (30 ml) water.


Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 2-3 minutes. You can steam it on stove or boil it in boil water for 1 min .

Use a sharp knife, slice every chicken breast horizontally to form pocket.


Season the chicken breasts with a little Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and S&P.


In a large bowl, combine steamed and chopped broccoli, pepper, garlic, cheese, and S&P and set aside.

 

Distribute the mixture evenly between each chicken breast.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Heat 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken breasts and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Cover the breasts with tin foil and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until completely cooked through.

That's it! You don't even have to prepare a side dish, because you have meat, cheese and vegetables in one dish!
