Here's the Polish cheesecake, sarnic. The initial recipe recommended 400g of fresh cheese such as ricotta or visel and 200g of cream cheese such as Philadelphia or Sainte-Maurier. Since I was eating yogurt quickly, I chose to use 4 types of yogurt to which I added mascarpone that was opened last weekend.


*Ingredients list:


°200 grams of small butter

°100 gm butter

°500 grams yogurt

°100 grams of mascarpone

°100 grams to 150 grams of cane sugar

°3 eggs

°2 tablespoons flour

°vanilla


Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

And the lining of the mold (24/25 cm) with it.


Keep it in the fridge.

Whip the cheese together (here the yogurt and mascarpone).

Add sugar and flour and continue mixing.

Add, continuing to mix, eggs one at a time and vanilla.

Remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour the lotion into the mold.

Bake for 45 minutes (the blade of the knife should be dry). Continue cooking if necessary.
