Blackberry cobbler!!

 



*Ingredients :


°2 1/2 c fresh or froz blackberries 

°1 c sugar

°1 cup Gold All-Purpose Flour™

°2 teaspoons baking powder

°1/2 teaspoon salt

°1 cup milk

°1/2 cup melted butter

°Cream, whip cream or ice cream as desire


*Methods


In bowl, mixing blackberries & sugar. Letting it for 20 min Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

In bowl, blending flour, baking powder, salt & milk together. Stirring in melt butter to mixed. Spreading in an un-greased 8-inch square skillet. Pour blackberry mix on mixture.

Baking for 45 to 55 min or to dough is risen & golden. Serving warm with cream.
