EASY No Bake Magic Chocolate Oat Bars

TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS :


– 1 cup butter

– ½ cup of packed brown sugar

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (pure)

– 3 cups of rolled oats

– ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

– ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt

– 1 cup dark of chocolate chips

– ¾ cup of chunky peanut butter


STEPS TO MAKE THIS RECIOE :


1. Line first a 8-inch-by-8-inch baking dish with parchment paper; set aside.


2. Combine the butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract together in a medium saucepan, then heat over low-heat, until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.


3. Next, add the oats, cinnamon and kosher salt and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.


4. Pour half of the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish then evenly spread out the mixture, pressing down.


5. Pick a small microwave-safe bowl and combine in the chocolate chips and the peanut butter, then heat on high in the microwave, in increments of 40 seconds, stirring in between each increment, until melted and fully combined.


6. Immediately make sure to pour ⅘ of the chocolate mixture into the pan over the pressed oats, reserving about ¼ cup for drizzling. Once done, top with the remaining oats and drizzle with the remaining ¼ cup chocolate mixture.


7. Finally, refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.


Quick Tip:


If desired, use caramel or white chocolate chips.
