Apple fritters

 



+Pancakes

° 1 cup all-purpose flour

° 1/4 cup sugar

° 3/4 teaspoon salt

° 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

° 1 teaspoon cinnamon

° 1/3 cup milk

° 1 egg

° 1 cup chopped apple

+Glaze:

° 2 cups powdered sugar

° 1 1/2 tablespoons milk


Blend flour, sugar, salt, baking powder also cinnamon. Stirring milk & eggs to homogeneous.

Fold in apple. Pour the oil into a frying pan so that it is about 1 1/2 deep. Heat oil on high.

The oil is ready while a dough floats on top. adding dough to oil in heap of tsp. Cooking to browned, for 2 min, then flip.

Cooking 1 min or two, until both sides turn brown. Transfering to paper towels to absorb excess oil, & transfering to a cool rack.

Make the glaze by stirring the milk and powdered sugar together in a small bowl.

Sprinkle over apple pies. Wait about 3 minutes for the glaze to harden, then flip the pancakes and drizzle the glaze on the other side. .
