* Ingredients :
° Eggs 6
° Mayonnaise 90 g
° Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
° Tabasco 1/2 teaspoon
° Paprika
° Salt pepper
* Preparation of the recipe: devil eggs :
Cook the eggs for 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Let cool and shell the hard-boiled eggs to cut them in 2.
Take the yolks with a spoon and put them in a bowl. Incorporate the mayonnaise, Tabasco, mustard, salt and pepper and mix with a fork until obtaining a smooth texture.
Arrange the egg whites on a plate and fill them with garnish, sprinkle with paprika and serve.
