Chocolate Vinegar Cake

 



*Vinegar cake


° 11/2 cup all-purpose flour

° 1 cup sugar

° 1 teaspoon baking soda

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° 3 tablespoons cocoa, plus more for sprinkling cake

° 1 tablespoon vinegar

° 1 tablespoon vanilla

° 1 cup warm water

° 6 tablespoons vegetable oil


* Preparation : 


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F .

2. Mix the dry ingredients together. Make a hole in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Mix well. If the mixture isn't too loose, add a little warm water, a tablespoon at a time, until you get a fluffy mixture. This will make the cake very moist.

3. Pour into an 8 or 9 inch square skillet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until a clean wooden piece comes out in the center. Let the cocoa cook and sprinkle.
