POTATO PANCAKES

 



* Ingredients


° 1 kg of potatoes

° 1 large onion

° 1/2 bunch fresh parsley

° 2 eggs

° 2 tablespoons flour

° 1 tablespoon corn flour

° 1 tablespoon salt

° vegetable oil for cooking


* Preparation :


   Potato peel. Grate them well in a salad bowl.

   Add chopped onions, chopped parsley, eggs and salt. to mix together. Add flour and mix.

   Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Extract the dough using a skimmer.

   Squeeze the dough to release the juice. Then the dough is poured into the pan to form pancakes.

   Cook for a few minutes on each side to get a nice golden color.
