Crispy and delicious French fries are a great side dish for french fries with a fork to accompany just about any breakfast or dinner! Potatoes are side plate that tastes only as good with eggs & bacon as they do with whole roasted chicken!
* Ingredients
°2 pounds red potatoes (washed and cut into 14-inch pieces and cubes)
°1 yellow onion
°1/4 cup olive oil (more if needed, enough to cover bottom of pan)
°½ tsp salt &;; pepper
°½ tsp-garlic-powder
°½ tsp- paprika)
* Methods :
Grate -sized yellow or white onion, washing potatoes & cutting them to cubes.
* Potato peel is optional.
Grate onions & wash potatoes are ready to be cutting to cube and thrown to pan.
Heat cook oil in skillet, skillet, or cast iron skillet on heat.
Adding grate onion, dice potatoes, &; spices (salt, pepper, smok paprika, garlic powder - unless you want to using minced garlic, keeping mince garlic for cook uncovered).
Stirring ingredients & spreading them out in an even layer on bottom of pan. Covering with a tight lid & cooking about 11 min
After 10 min of cook, covering potatoes & onions, & flip them (adding mince garlic, if using). Let uncovered to finished, 5 to 10 min, or to potatoes are tender & to desir level of tenderness.
Fries after cook with a lid & turn them on to finish fry.
Removing to heat when potatoes are tender & serving directly.
