Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

° Flour 250 g

° Egg 1

° Sugar 30 g

° Butter 25 g

° Cinnamon 1 tsp

° yeast 10 g

° Milk 10 cl

Warm the milk with the butter in a saucepan. Then dissolve the yeast in the mixture. Add the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Mix well.

Beat the egg, then add it to the mixture. Add the flour to obtain a soft dough, but not sticky. Add more flour if necessary. Cover and let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour in a dry place.

Then spread the dough on a floured surface in a rectangle. Soften the butter to spread it on the dough. Then sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Roll the dough to be able to make rolls of about 2 cm. Butter a mold and place the 6 rollers sufficiently far apart because they will swell. Cover and let sit for another 30 minutes.
