Hawaiian Banana Bread

 



INGREDIENTS °375g flour. °1 tsp baking soda. °1 teaspoon(s) (5ml) baking powder (baking powder)./ °2 teaspoons (2.5ml) of salt. °60 g of butter at room temperature. °100g of sugar. °3 eggs °180 ml plain yogurt. °1 tsp vanilla sugar. °2 tsp vanilla extract. °3 mashed bananas. zest lemon. °70 g coconut. °1 can pineapple


PREPERATION: 1.Preheat oven to 350F (180C) also greased 6” x 9”  loaf pan.

2. Line it with parchment paper, taking care to bring it up at least 3 in. (7.5 cm) at the edges

3. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.


4.In an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar at medium speed.


5.Adding eggs one at a time, beat between every add.


6.Add vanilla sugar, vanilla extract and yogurt.


7.Add the mashed bananas, dry ingredient mixture, lemon zest, coconut and crushed pineapple and mix gently with a wooden spoon.


8.Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.


9.Remove the bread from the oven and place it on a cooling rack.


10.Wait until it is lukewarm to start tasting it.
